Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using StayClouds booking platform.
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StayClouds hotel booking platform and related services (the "Service") operated by StayClouds Software Private Limited ("us", "we", or "our").
By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. By continuing, you agree with the terms outlined below.
- •StayClouds Software Private Limited provides booking technology solutions to hotels, hereinafter referred to as 'service provider'.
- •By using our platform, you acknowledge that we facilitate bookings between guests and hotels.
- •Hotels independently manage their content, images, rates, inventory, and bookings through our platform.
- •The responsibility for accurate management of hotel information lies solely with the hotel.
Case 1 - Guest Cancellation/No Show
- •No refund will be processed if the guest cancels the booking or fails to arrive.
- •This policy applies to all voluntary cancellations by guests.
- •No-show bookings are treated as cancelled bookings with no refund eligibility.
Case 2 - Denied Booking by Hotel
- •Guests have the right to raise a request on the check-in date or until the check-in date for denied bookings.
- •We send denial requests to the hotel team for approval.
- •Upon hotel team approval, the service provider refunds payment to the guest.
- •No update requests are accepted post check-in date, and no refunds will be processed.
- •If the hotel takes no action on the booking denial request, the amount will be credited to the guest's account after 120 days.
- •If the service provider is not found to deny the booking request, the amount is transferred to the hotel account.
- •The service provider is not responsible for any kind of repayment beyond this process.
Case 3 - Room Unavailability/Hotel Cancellation
- •Hotels can raise a denial of booking in case of room unavailability.
- •Upon receiving booking denial from hotels, StayClouds refunds the paid amount.
- •StayClouds is not liable for any inconvenience or losses after processing the refund.
- •Refunded amounts will be reflected in your account within 7 working days.
Case 4 - Service Issues
- •No refund policy applies apart from booking denial or room unavailability mentioned in Cases 2 and 3.
- •Issues regarding wrong information, services, or amenities must be discussed and resolved mutually between guest and hotel.
- •StayClouds provides a platform for hotels to manage their content - we are not liable for hotel mismanagement, errors, or omissions.
- •All fees paid to StayClouds for platform usage are strictly non-refundable.
- •At the time of booking, StayClouds collects a convenience fee.
- •The remaining balance is payable directly by the guest to the hotel.
- •The convenience fee collected by StayClouds is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- •All platform usage fees are strictly non-refundable.
- •Payment processing is subject to third-party payment gateway terms.
- •StayClouds shall not be held liable for any expenses, losses, or damages resulting from hotel mismanagement.
- •If a guest is dissatisfied with hotel services, room conditions, or encounters issues, StayClouds holds no liability.
- •Hotels are solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of their services and information.
- •StayClouds acts as a technology platform facilitating connections between guests and hotels.
- •We are not responsible for the quality or delivery of hotel services.
- •Users must provide accurate information when making bookings.
- •Users are responsible for verifying hotel details and policies before booking.
- •Users must comply with hotel check-in/check-out policies and requirements.
- •Users must be at least 18 years old to make bookings on our platform.
- •Users are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay.
- •Hotels must maintain accurate information on their profiles including rates, availability, and amenities.
- •Hotels are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings made through the platform.
- •Hotels must provide timely updates on room availability and booking status.
- •Hotels must handle guest communications and service delivery professionally.
- •Hotels are liable for any misrepresentation of their services or facilities.
Important Notice
We provide the hotel's direct contact number with booking details email for communication purposes only. Guests should call hoteliers directly to know booking status or any query before starting their journey to avoid inconvenience or losses.

- •Use provided contact details for direct communication with hotels
- •StayClouds facilitates initial booking but ongoing communication should be direct
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.
StayClouds provides a platform enabling hotels to independently add content, upload images, and manage rates, inventory, and bookings.

- •Hotels are solely responsible for the accuracy of their information
- •We do not guarantee the quality or availability of hotel services
- •Users book at their own discretion and risk
